Hello, all
Wonder whether anyone can help me before I condemn this thing? We have had our Brandt frost free fridge freezer (large fridge freezer - top part is fridge, lower part is freezer) for about three years and now the freezer part is not really freezing.
We have tried to defrost it and then re-freeze but it never freezes or it takes absolutely ages. The temperature in the freezer is always just below 0 degrees, not -10 or -20. We are now wondering whether it is worth junking the fridge freezer and getting another one or to call out an engineer (we're on one of those Domestic and General agreement things) to have a look at it.
Any suggestions before this one heads to the nackers yard.
Thanks
