I'm going to be tiling my bathroom this weekend with brick tiles. I have normal spacers but am planning to tile in a brick formation. Does anyone have any tips for this at all?
It's quite straight forward really. Leave the tile spacers sticking out of the wall then they can be taken out when the adhesive has set.
When deciding where your first tile will be, walk the tiles hand over hand to make sure you won't be left with thin cuts at each end. Be aware that the tile above the end ones should also not have thin cuts.
If the tiles are glossy your walls need to be dead flat.
There a sticky post in the floor tiling section that may be of some interest.
Good luck.
