Brown water coming out of hot water taps heating on

Hi all,

May I kindly ask if brown water is coming out of the hot taps only when the heating is on will that be a hole in the heating coil on the hot water tank????

check your tanks in the loft.
has any of them got hot water in ?
what height is the small f/e tank to the larger cws in the loft ?
