Budget or Quality Emultion on skimmed walls?

Yep, I have checked prices and put in a table (pasted below). The price you mention seems to be for the 'Lux Silk' and 'Rich Matt. From what I have read, the Trade Matt or Trade Supermatt is the way to go.

For good quality cheap white emulsion i use Wickes Masterstroke, at the moment its about £12.50 for ten litres. Its also made by Leyland.
I also use a lot of Gliddens as this is the trade side of Dulux made for the American market.
