Building a cabinet round a boiler

I'm planning to build a cabinet/cupboard round the boiler.

Are there any guidelines regarding ventilation, air admittance etc?

Sorry it's a Vokera Syntesi 35kW, condensing combi.

clearances arond boiler:
Sides 12mm
Top 150mm from casing or 25mm above flue elbow (whichever is applicable)
Bottom 150mm
Front 600mm (usually a removable panel or opening door - for servicing)

no air vents reqd
