Building Quote...?

I have been quoted £2700...

-To tile a double garage roof and replace some timbers (roof currently felted)
-To repoint a large section of brickwork
-To supply and fit rone-pipes and gutter
-To dig out and put drainage in garden

This is a quote from a local company, is it fair ?

remember the cheapest quote does not always mean that the job will be done properly ......might be an idea to get someone who can be recomended........
