Building Regulations - DPC Level

Please could someone advise if the height of the DPC in the images in relation to the finished ground level is acceptable and complies with building regulations?

The convention is that the dpc should be 150mm above ground level, but this is not carved in stone.

That was my understanding. My property is a new build and looking at the NHBC guidelines it all advises the same.
 
You have a cavity tray. That trump's the ground level.
The carnations are coming on nicely.
