Morning gents any tips for removing burn marks on the side of my oak doors ,tried hand sanding but not having much luck.

What has caused the burns? Routing?
no, circular saw.
what grade sandpaper? should remove easily.

Your blade was blunt and/or you were feeding too slowly and/or you had no dust extraction on and/or your blade was the wrong type (too many teeth, wrong tooth geometry). Sand out with something like P60 or P60 grit before working up the grits as suggested
