Hi, Just wonderd if any of you have ever had any experiance of this. Basicaly I live in a ground floor flat and at the back there is a bedroom extension.I want to do a carbon copy of the layout above it with an ensuite. I have had an architect round, but he said the only way you can do this is to remove the upstairs flats window. It is his hall way window connecting his stairs. He said you need to see if he will let you block it up. Maybe offer him cash........My question how much do i offer...He might even say 'on your bike'......what would you say?
