And if you're going to survive in Retail you better:

1. Open your eyes! I don't know what you've been looking at but The Claw ain't no Oil Painting.

and
2. Toughen up! Retail is so fast paced (Food Retail that is not pansies Clothing Retail etc), that you'll fall by the waste side if you don't.
