c+g level 3 and nvq level 3

any body done c+g level 3 then gone on to do the nvq.im thinking of doing this in september. part time at college..can you go on to do nvq without doing the c+g bit.ive got c+g level 2 and need to get nvq 2 before next college year

i know you do not need to have nvq before doing c&g level 3. BUT to do nvq without having c&g is near enough impossible!! C&G 3 willteach you what you need to know to get nvq 3 and it is very technical i have heard. a lot harder than level 2, covering unvented systems, gas boilers and cookers, etc.

Have near enough finished c&g level 3 passed exams etc.
part 3 covers gas {gas rates,working pressure,pipe sizes etc}

Nvq you have to build up a portfilo before you can go onto nvq 3

With nvq 3 you have to have access to a Corgi to do your portfolio.

c&g 3 is really hard i believe. lots of unvented and gas and much harder c&g 2 . plus 1 year instead of up to 2 for c&g 2!!
