C&k alarm securitech c023-023- no codes

Hi

Not sure if anyone can help with advice

Bought a new house with the above alarm - I have no codes or manuals and previous owners said they don’t have

The front door has a sensor on and I have a new door getting fitted next week, concerned if I take off the sensor will it trigger the alarm
I think I may need an engineer but getting confused as I browse around online, not even sure who to contact. I am in the COVENTRY area
