Calling for heat but nothing arrives!!

Hi,

Suddenly developed a problem with my CH. I have a modern conventional system installed about 4 years ago with Worcester Bosch Suprima HE boiler and Horstmann controls:

centaurplus c27 control panel
HRT 2 room thermostat
Z322? motorised valve

Hot water works normally with pump operating and boiler firing but when system is calling for heat (control panel and therm lights on)the boiler/pump do not operate. Any advice on what could be the problem would be much appreciated

The Suprima HE boiler is made by Baxi who usually put their name on the front!

It sounds like a motor valve fault!

Boiler is a Potterton not WB. Having found comments re valve problems pretty sure you are correct

First suspects are zonevalve and horstman controls, they are pretty crap.
