when using the Cambrian slate range tiles and the 3 point fixing method can you leave a row out of 3 fixings to get access to repair in future or does everyone recommend the 3 fixings on every single course? i understand why the fixings necessary but we all know that if one bursts its gonna be a mare to get out!!!!

I can't help never used them but you could ring the tech. dept and ask or send them an e-mail.

You should fix every tile properly, if you need to remove a broken one you should use a slate ripper to remove it.

Every slate should be fixed, yes they are a git to replace as you basically have to break the slate. Redlands do a repair kit for replacing Cambrians but IIRC it is basically a clip and stick system (this is where Britlock and even melborne slates are better as they have less fixings)
