Can anyone help, my biasi rive compact he has packed up!

Can anyone help,
My biasi riva compact he has packed up. I get 2 of the
Led lights flashing one red and one green and is the
2nd and 3rd light from the left, they flash together.
This is obviously telling me about the problem were gettin
which affects both heating and hot water, there none from either
The boiler does not kick in at all and no flame is visible
I switched it off the other day and turnt it back on a while later
this seemed to work until this morning

Can anyone help???

Since its not a gas problem, then Joe will probably offer to come and repair it for you.

But do check his charges first and ensure they are on the basis of a no fix no fee!
