Can I paint this wall?

We had our house plastered before Christmas and the edges are still darker that what dry plaster normally looks like in places. See photo. Can I paint or should I wait for it to turn pink/dry out more. View media item 72290

It look ok to me. Don't forget to seal the wall with PVA watered down before you paint it.

Ffs don't use pva before paint.

Use watered down paint to seal.

We've done a coat of leytex paint as a base coat on the dry parts - i was just concerned about the dark bits around edges which have had the metal strip in which look wet still.
