Can you change the way the door swings into a room?

New house being refurbished...
I have a small box room that I am going to use as a junk room/office...
Thinking it might be better if door opened the other way into the room ...

House is being rewired - so I can have the light switch on the appropriate side....

Can't make it open outwards -would block another door

Gap between door and wall is approx 10cm. Room is 2.9 x 1.7 M

Does that seem a good idea? Can it be done? Any problems with doing that?

common alteration just swap hinges and locks filling as you go

no problem at all,even have a think about having the door open outwards if you have the room?and doesnt impede anything/one.
