Hi All

I've uploaded 2 pics here

//www.diynot.com/network/wertert/albums/6860

from my partially installed system.

The white pipes are 16mm MLCP underfloor heating pipes. I am trying to workout what the others are....

2 two grey pipes ( with the white clips ) next to the MLCP pipe are hot and cold supply pipes for a bathroom on the same level. I can't see any type of markings on these pipes. I am assuming these are 22mm HEP standard pipes. I believe these are reduced down to 15mm out of shot. Will confirm at the weekend.

The other 2 grey pipes have red text/markings on the pipes ( I can only make out Hepworth & HEP02) and currently go nowhere. They are terminated with isolation valves. Here we go with the assumptions again..... I think these are 22mm HEP barrier pipes from Hepworth and probably intended for central heating use.

How did I do ?

Thanks

added another picture that has more detail.

Pipes have word 'barrier' stamped on them.

I also think the 'blank' pipes are the same stuff but rotated so that the text is on the other side.

Hep
John Guest etc etc

Yes they can be used for potable water or heating systems
