cannot heat new instaled radiator

Hi there I have just installed two new radiators and can only get one to heat up have bled the second one until warm water comes out but the minute I stop it goes back up the pipe to the loft. I am heating it with a solid fuel range stanley 5 with wrap around boiler, I live in a single storey and alread have three working radiators each radiator approx 4 ft x 2ft it also heats are hot water, please help its driving me made have been on this now for 4days dont know where I`m going wrong.

shut the others down untill the cold one get hot then reopen the others
system should be balanced when all rads are getting heat.
 
could be the design of the extra pipework and rad. if its a gravity primary circuit then hot water will always convect to the highest point. you may need an anti gravity valve if so
