Dear All
I ahae a Tricity Bendix AW 1021 W washing machine less then 10 months old. All of a sudden it has decided to stop spinning. Manual mentions to check the Filter but when I unscrew the Filter cap all this cap does is spin round and round and I cannot remove it to get to the filter to see if any clothing or articles has blocked the pump!!!
Does anyone know how to remove one of these?? manual does not mention how to remove Filter without damaging the cap etc??? Machine is still under warranty.
