Cap stones on garden wall

Hi,

I'm having problems with keeping cap stones on my garden wall, basically they keep coming loose though I'm sure someone keeps pushing them.
Any ideas on how to secure them a bit better than mortar?

Drill the cap stones underneath, insert some rawl pulgs and put some galvanised screws in so that they are sticking out by about 5mm.

Then mix your mortar and mortar the cap stones back on. The screws will help make them less liable to being pushed off.
