Can anyone advise whether we can get this carpet back to anything like it's original state?

It's 22 months old. It's only a lounge carpet and typical footfall for 2 adults and 2 kids.

When we bought it the chap told us we wouldn't want a long pile in the lunge as it would end up going too flat so we bought this one on his recommendation ...

Thanks.

PS - It's not the best pic but the dark area looks really nice, feels soft and is almost two-tone in colour.

No idea I’m afraid. Can’t for the life of me remember even though it was only installed 2019 ...

Go back to the shop who supplied it and tell them. If it’s by a decent Manufacturer they should come an look at it.

I've got a similar thing.

I went to an independent carpet shop and I couldn't have expressed any more that I wanted something that will last.

He insisted In selling me a carpet I not heard of, he assured me I wouldn't have any problems with this one flattening.

Well here we are 18 months later..

I'll give it another couple of years and will have to replace it again.

I know if you have decent branded carpet (cormar or something) they'll come and take a look if it has a wear gauruntee.
