Castle Euro Mini Alarm install/programming

Hi, I'm wondering if someone could help. I have had the above alarm installed but not programmed. It has 3 pirs downstairs , one is looking at exit door and one pir on landing. Could someone talk me through step by step how to programme this on the key pad please.
