Hi,

I am considering having cavity wall insulation installed.

However I am aware of a couple of locations where bricks from the internal leaf are missing. For example where waste pipes exit the bathroom / kitchen.
Also we live in a semi and i do not want the partition wall to be insulated, the neighbour is a problem and i don't want to give any excuse to him.
One wall elevation of our house is also above a roof so the operators would have to walk on a one storey high roof.

I am wondering if there are ways around these problems.

many thanks

They use brushes which expand as they are pulled through to stop the beads at the ends of the party cavity. As for the holes just stuff something like wool insulation in them while they are blowing it then pull it out if you want as the beads will bind together and not just fall out.
