Hi, I am started from scratch I installed four camera, but thinking adding a further too, but just wondering if I can add other camera by using one of the other cables but using a splitter on either end one for power others for camera and dvr, if not I just wire others two,

What system did you get?
if you have a DVR that can handle 4 cameras, as far as I am aware if the grid is full, then its full. That doesn't mean you couldn't say combine two camera feeds into one cable and re split them at the other end.
Not something I have done, and unless pushed is something I am ever likely to opt for but it can be done.

No I have the option for eight channels but just thinking of just adding a new camera without doing an extra rewire
what system are you using and what cable is being used?

I have a Swann system with there cable, like I ask just like to no if it possible
