Ceiling mould

Hi guys,
We have a persistant problem with mould on the celing and wall of our bedroom. I had a guy come out to check for leaks in the roof and all seemed fine so he guessed at condensation being the problem. It was mainly a problem in the earlier part of the year when it was colder but it is still appearing in small patches now, even though the window is open quite a lot. I checked the loft and it seems that the insulation has been pulled back in a few places by the eaves. Could it be as simple as renewing the insulation or could it be something else as well?[/img]

Patches by exterior wall/ceiling sometimes indicate roof tile underslaters felt is rotten where it should fall into gutter. Or holes in felt along with a cracked tile.??
