central heating ..please help

I have a bog standard indirect system, 2 loft tanks cylinder, no 3 way port or motorised valves (unless they're under the floor ) and the pump is less than 2 years old and I only have one working rad, in the bathroom.
I put the heating on a couple of days ago ( first time in months ) and still only one rad. ive drained and refilled the other upstairs rads , bled a load of water from the ch joint at the cylinder so no air locks there drained and refilled one downstairs and still only one rad, ive tried to turn the pump impellor but cant get anything in there but it gets hot so I assume its running. any ideas im doing my head in

as I said it gets hot so I assume it is but as its so quiet I cant hear anything even if it is running

Remove the large centre screw and spin the pump with a large screw driver, a few drops of water will come out.
