If the Secondary water is leaking into the Priamry circuit, how is the water quality at the taps alter???
Isolate the Cylinder cold feed draw off the water at the hot tap, the level in the small F&E should now start to fall (at the same rate that it has been filling) that will prove your Cyliner is faulty - 99% certain that this will be the case!
