Central heating radiators

Two of my radiators have large cold areas in the middle , stretching to the bottom -- but the top 8 inches are hot.

They are over 30 years old but look OK and are not leaking.

Do they need to be replaced ?
Will it be possible to find exact match , so that fresh pipework etc can be avoided ?
Or are there effective treatments ? I have heard some treatments can leave you with lots of leaks ?

Any suggestions/help appreciated.

I am not a plumber or heating engineer.

It sounds like they are "sluged up" try taking them off and flushing them
