Firstly take caps lock off or it seems i you are shouting.
pretty hard, unless you want to preserve the tiles for some odd reason dont bother. Take the whole lot out with a hammer and replace the plasterboard and then tile over it or do whatever finish you want on it. Quicker and less messy
