i have got ceramic tiles on my kitchen wall i just wanted to know can u dot and dab it then plaster it or can u just plaster right over the ceramic tile.i do not want to take the tile off as i have put in a false ceiling and it would be hard to get the tiles from behind or it might damage the ceiling?

Picking up on your other post about plastering over tiles. Been there done it and it worked fine. In my case the tiles were sound and stuck securely.

I mixed up some diluted PVA applied with a brush and then skimmed over with one coat plaster. It's been up for 5yrs.

I dont know the adhesive qualities used in the dot and dab method, but if it's similar to a flexible waterproof tile adhesive then you should be fine. I've used the aforementioned flexible waterproof tile adhesive to successfully tile over tiles, so again. plasterboard should be no problem.
