Good Morning All
I've just registered on this forum, as I often have minor trouble with the old heating system in my house - however, my current problem has me stumped.
We have a conventional boiler which is about 25 years old (!). It's a basic Flamingo 35-50 which was installed by the previus owner. This week, the boiler/CH no longer fires up for the rads, but it still works for the hot water. The thermostat still 'clicks', and the control panel *seems* to work (the CH/HW lights still come on at the correct times, and can be manually overidden as normal, but the boiler won't fire up for CH).
Any ideas as to the possible cause? We would replace the system, but childcare costs have eliminated all our savings!
Any help would be really appreciated!
Thank you
Tom
