We are thinking of changing the normal boiler we have to a combi boiler and were wondering how big a job it would be? Currently the boiler is in the kitchen with the pump and hot water cylinder in our bedroom and cold water tank above that in the loft. Would be great to get some bedroom space back by getting rid of the cylinder, but would there be new pipe work involved and the need to rip up floor boards and carpets etc?

Any thoughts appreciated!

Some, of course. Sounds like you need someone to come and quote. Try British Gas first, perhaps.
