my shower has burnt out, i have bought another shower, the same rating, 10Kw, The cable is 10mm. Am i ok to just change them over, or with the current regulations and it being a bathroom do i have to get a certified installer to do the job?

Hopefully you have bought a shower with the same layout i.e the water inlet and cable inlet in the same position? this does make it more or less a straight swap.with the exeption of having to drill new fixing holes.
