I have a capped off chimney breast at the rear of my property, it has an air brick at the bottom (the bottom of the chimney is within a conservatory). On the first floor, it is against a bedroom wall, I have noticed discolouration of the plaster here, cold and dampness.
My question..is this likely to be condensation or not, if it is how can I rectify it? If not..what is the usual procedure for getting rid of this dampness?
