Citroen 3.0 l relay (jumper) engine no

Does anyone know where this located. I've searched the web but cant get a straight answer. I've grovelled around underneath, the block appears to be a lump of rust and I'm not sure it has not peeled off

Try the front of the block, either just to the left or right of centre. The VIN plate should be on the inner wing, offside.
