I recently tiled our kitchen floor with ceramic tiles. I had done quite a lot of searching around to find a suitable tile which, when wet, would not become like an ice rink!

At B&Q I found exactly what I was looking for. The tile when I rubbed my hand across it felt like it was like the surface was a very, very fine sand paper texture.

Now for the problem! My wife finds sponge mops very hard work, even those Vileder tassel looking mops don't seem to cope either.

Has anyone had the same trouble? Any tips please on easier cleaning of the tiles?

Regards
Alan
