Bit tricky this one, if the lamp is running the heat escaping will stop moisture entering but what when the lamp is off?
would mean running the lamp indefinitely, somewhat against the purpose of the forthcoming rules.

I've seen a CFL explode, but then it was on a dimmer...

You can have a batten lampholder in the bathroom as long as it is in Z3.
