climapro thermostat

hello my glowworm climapro2RF wireless room thermostat with RF receiver is saying the the internal room temperature is 30c when it is only around 13c - the heating therefore isn't coming on and goes off when it starts to heat up as it thinks its 30c. hot water is working fine. have tried new batteries, resetting controls, switching off boiler at wall etc. help please?

thanks. when I put it in the freezer the heating came on. guess it needs to be replaced.
