The cold side of the kitchen mixer tap does not work at all.
Hot side is fine but turn the cold tap and nothing comes out. It's stiff to turn.
Not sure what could have gone wrong inside it. Maybe a jammed rubber washer or something.
Anyway, took off the cap with "C" written on it and unscrewed the screw underneath.
Unfortunately was then unable to pull the handle section of the tap off.
So, two questions here.
1: Any idea what could have caused the problem in the first place?
2: How the hell do I pull that handle section of the tap off without damaging it severely? There's gotta be a knack to that.
