COLD RADS DOWNSTAIRS HOT UPSTAIRS

Hi, please could anyone advise me on the above issue.

its an open type system with a cylinder in the loft, the boiler is a glowworm.

space saver 50br mkII. the pump sounds a bit weak!

if i need to replace the pump is this possible to do without a pro?
