Cold shower - is it a boiler problem?

My boiler does not fire up when I turn my shower on. All other hot taps work fine in the bathroom just the shower! Is is a boiler problem or it is that I need a new thermostat in the shower? All filter ok and rose not scaled up. Its a Vaillant boiler - combicompact GB242E
Also how do I increase the hot water temp on my boiler? Thanks

Have you tried it with no rose - and then with a new hose

Hope it`s simple -I don`t do Gas or Boilers
