Do i need to either tighten up the nut or is it maybe a washer in the nut needs replacing ?
Any help advice will be greatly appreciated
If it still has the dust cap just close it down and it will stop leaking, if that is where the leak is and you want to replace it not a big jobIan thanks so if it's the automatic air vent is it an easy fix?
https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=m570.l1313&_nkw=vokera+6897&_sacat=0Thanks Ian yeah it does look fairly easy to replace, if it's the perished washer in that nut don't suppose you have any idea of type and size just I'll pick one up before I start. Thanks
For the sake of a quid get them both and if you are changing one change both, as sods law if you disturb one the other one will start leakingPerfect
Thanks again Ian
Nice one , just screw the little black plastic plug on the top down, it will stop it leaking until you can swap it out, wont harm the boiler in any wayJust checked and you are bang on its the auto air vent running down the pump, ebay has got them for a tenner
