Yes Doggit, it looks like it's slid down the door reveal I think.
I've managed to get hold of the guy who fitted the door a few years ago (after much hunting for paperwork!) and he will come and fix the drop, so hopefully this isn't one for me to tackle now as it was a bigger job that i'd first thought!
