Concrete Floors glitter

Hi Everyone. I have been toying with the idea of having a concrete floor in my hall (and maybe Bathroom). I also came across a Blog where someone added glitter to the floor and sealed it - looked great although a little too blingy for me. I thought about adding some silver.

Has anyone added glitter or other decorative features to a concrete floor?

Thought it might be good to get a few pointers or advice before I dive in

if you arre talking about a polished floor you can add anything from decorative sand/stones, glass, metals (s/s balls) etc...
