Hi, new member here so apologies if im posting a subject that has already been discussed.

so, long story short. Previous owners have layed concrete flush up to garage wall and above dpc. Didn’t think it was an issue until the bad weather in march. Inside of garage has a soaking corner and all plaster board has black mould up to about thigh height.

all advice welcome as to what/how I have to do to make good Please.

thanks, Steve.

Garage + plasterboard????

Black mould usually means condensation related damp and not permeating damp.

Post some photos, inside and out, showing the general layout and situation. Not close ups.

And if the photos don't show the construction, you'll need to describe this.

Penetrating damp may require an external barrier on the wall, or it could be cold walls creating condensation related mould. Or a combination.
