Concrete Sectional Garage

I am trying to renovate our sectional concrete garage and I'm looking for some advice.

There are a couple of panels which are showing gaps between them, what is the best way to rectify this? (Pictures of one attached). I was thinking some grey puraflex PU sealant, but that probably mean raking it all out to do it again?



Also where the roof meets the panels there are gaps, previously filled with rockwool. Is it best to drag it all out and replace it all, or is there a better way of doing it?

Should be able to get eaves filler for the asbestos profile.

The best thing you could do is get rid of that roof and build a nice fresh safe one.
