I need to do some work on PVC conservatory roof and remove some of the roof sheets. The screws that hold the caps on at the end of the aluminium rafters that keep the sheets in place seem seized solid and I can't get them off.

Any ideas how I can remove these without damaging roof????

Thanks

A battery drill with a new screwdriver bit is the best bet, but make sure you don't damage the head.

Youve probably already tried this but give a generous amount of WD40 to the screw and try VERY lightly tapping the screw head in different directions to try and move it slightly.

If that doesnt work you can always drill through the screw but Ive tried that in the past and I messed it up.
