Why not let your electrician decide how to arrange your circuits, and how they need to be protected, after all, thats what you are paying him for ?. We don't know the number, or type of circuits you have.
As has been said, all of your circuits will have to be tested and inspected, as well as the supply characteristics. Not a DIY job unless you are a competent, registered person.
