convert 4 wire to 2 wire thermostat help requested

can I please have help in the re-wiring of a Honeywell T6360 B1028 room thermostat , being replaced with a Siemens REV100 digital unit.

Honeywell - earth connected - brown cable in 1 - black cable in 2 and grey cable in 3.

Siemens unit only has L and L1 connectors apart from a remote connector for telephone etc.
I am running an oil fed combination boiler with a Honeywell ST6200A programmer.

Lost confidence a bit on the re-install and my electrician is on holiday for two weeks. appreciate any advice.

Thanks Cider - I was gradually working my way down the posts. Looks like I cap off the neutral and earth . Will try morning as the light has dissappeared outside and I would lilke to switch the power off! -
